I want to loose belly fat n build the muscle?

I recommend you to do a proper workout and diet, followed by whey isolate post workout. Weight training along with HIIT cardio will help you to lose weight along with belly fat.

The more is your muscle mass, lesser will be the fat % in the body so focus on building your muscles.

Diet plays an important role in this, follow a high protein diet, have complex carbs and good fats in your diet.
