I want to loose fat and get ripped,suggest me proper diet plan and workout routine.

My body weight is 75kg,height 5ft.9in. I want to get rid of belly fat and gain muscles simultaneously. My body fat type is subcutaneous.After my weight loss my skin is loose.What should I do?

So lose skin can only be removed by surgery. Also the other option is to cut slowly. The slower the cut, the less loose skin you'll have. Now what's also important is that you're in a caloric deficit. Aim for around 0.5kg/week as a fat loss benchmark. Eat plenty of protein and less carbs.
