I want to lose body fat from 25% to 12 -15% but build muscles as well? what diet , workout , supliment should i take?

SIR , MY AGE IS 19 AND I have been taking muscle blaze whey for 3 months, no doubt my biceps , triceps shoulders have changed, but sir the chest is not coming , i think its becoz of the fat , so sir i want to gain muscle but lose the  body fat at the same time  so sir what diet shoul i follow , what workout schedule like how many days a week and what on which day? and any other thing that i should take care of if any.plz sir do reply thank uh.. cheers  himanshu rana  chandigarh
