I want to lose my weight. my hight 5'6", age 34, female.

Pls specify your current weight as well so that we can asess your current  status.

On a general note, to lose weight use calorie deficite diet, use more of complex carbohydrate, high protein and good fats in your diet. Along with this do follow a workout routine.
