I want to lose weight around 20 kgs

hi ,i am 28 years old my weight is 78 kgs,i want to lose weight around 20  kgs,and reduced my tummy fat ,kindly suggest some suggestions

hi anusha.u just need to concentrate on mainly two things workout n nutrition. eat clean, small meals at regular intervals. do weight training followed by cardio (hiit) .lack of details in ur question so its hard to customize d workout plan/diet plan. so keep it simple. if ur nutrition is good then u dnt need supplements. if u want to fill d gaps of ur nutrition u can try supplements like pure whey isolate. n for fat burning u cn try green tea+honey+cinnamon+warm water or u can try supps like carnitine+fish oil+cla+rasperry ketones or a stimulant fat burner like hydroxycut,lipo6 hers etc. stay motivated eat clean n dnt forget to lift the weights

Have you heard or tried of HIIT traning?

It burns max calories in a limited amount of time, have a look at this program where in all workouts rest times evertyhing is all done and ready for u and the best part is you van do the workouts from anywhere
