Hi,
Start weight training 4-5 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week. You will see results in 3 months.

once you hit the gym do the warm for 10 min then wt training for any 0ne muscle then do the cardio for 15 mins with full strength which will help in loosing down your fatty acids and make a habit dont eat any carb at dinner because at that time our BMR level slows so whatever we eat it will just come to abdomen because it wont digest properly . or you can go for meal replacement in dinner that will also help in mamaging your calories which plays very important role in weight loss
