I want to loss weight by december 2016

Hello, I would like to loss weight my current weight is 106KG and my height is 05:11inchs and would like be be around 80-90KG. I have ordered Whey Protein, Fish Oil and Creatine from health kart which was suggested by Health kart. I work in night shift 6:30PM to 4:30AM and then i go to gym by 5:00 Am for one hour. Can you please suggest me Diet which can help me reduce weight according to my schedule. At home i am vegetarian however i eat non-veg outside. Appreciate your help. Thank You, Vinayak

You need to take small and frequent meals .Include whole grain cereals like oats, brown rice, add lots of fibre and protein in your diet. For your diet plan pls call us on Consult, we will provide you with a diet plan as per your requirement .
