I want to loss weight without losing out nutritions. what types of food/supplement you would suggest to have before doing cardio?

abhishek kadupatil age-22 height -171cm weight-85kg Weight loss is my main moto. Im an engg student. I have a hectic scedule. So how can i maintain the flow?
