I want to my fat loss.

Can you tell me that how can i my fat loss through natural diet & i am also doing workout on daily basis so pls tell me diet schedule.

Just consume 5 to 6 meal in aday with proper meal combination of Good Protein and Complex carbohydrate. Give Preference to small and frequent meal. Do 4 to 5 days  workout in a week for 30 to 45 min.

Hi 

I think you need to take proper diet chart according to your BMR that how much calories you require /day for loosing fat so,for the time being you can take less of simple carbs,less sugar,less fat and salt on daily basis and take protein according to your IBW.for more knowledge you can register on this: http://consult.healthkart.com/??itracker=w:tab|;p:2|;c:consult|;
