I want to reduce my weight from 172lbs to 150lbs by dec2015

I am a vegetarian and want to lose 20 pounds weight.​I normally have 6 chapatti and a curry. ​ ​ ​ ​

Krishna,

Cut down on your rotis/chapatti's. Have only 3.
