I will be going off the gym for 2-3 months because of exams. what should i do to minimise muscle loss?

I have been working out for 8 months and i want to minimise the muscle mass that i lose in these three months. What should i do in terms of nutrition and is there any way i can train at home without any equipment to minimise muscle loss?
