i would like to know that every person can digest the protein supplement ? if no, so what he should to do for digest protein ?

Protein consumption is based on requirement. Generally, for maintenance, 1gm/kg body weight is required. But if you are doing work out then it exceeds your requirement for protein. You can definitely digest protein if it's properly utilized in the body while doing strength training or any other workout, as you require extra protein to build and maintain your muscle mass. Along with this rehydration is a very important factor so drink a lot of water throughout the day.
