Iam 86 ad 5'3" with in hw much time i can reduce my weight

As per your credentail your ideal body weight is 60 kg. Your weight loss depends upon the effort you put in for your workout and how religiously you follow your diet. Set a reasonable goal for yourself and follow the program. Generally 4-6 kg in a month is considered a healthy weight loss in a month.

Do HIIT cardio in workout and maintain a calorie deficite diet of approx 500 kcal from your daily requirement.
