I'm 27 years old male, 182 cm and 92 kg weight. my nature of work is traveling 3 days in a week. pls suggest me a work out plan and diet to reduce my weight. i want to reduce it below 80. pls help.

Hi

As per your credentials shared by you your ideal body weight is 82kg. Please maintain your calorie count when you are travelling. Opt for healthy options where ever available like soups, vegetable sandwiches without mayonaise, salads, avoid deep fried foods like french fries and other snacks. For trest of the days follow home cooked food like whole grain cerela, whole pulses, lean chicken, egg white, and green vegetables

Regarding your workout follow HIIT cardio for min 20 min after your strength training program.
