I'm 45 year old women. my hight is 5 feet 3 inches and weight is70 kg. i walk on treadmill 45min 3-4 days a week. i put on 6kg during last year i used to be 64 then...want to loose these extra kgs plz help

To lose these extra 6 kgs, please maintain a calorie deficit diet of about 500 kcal approx from your daily requirement, along with workout.

Consume high fibre, complex carbohydrates, and whole pulses in your diet.

In supplements, you can consume meal replacement of your choice to replace one meal, to avoid overloading of calories.
