I'm 70 kg and a 19 years old boy ,my metabolism rate is slow , what should i do boost my metabolism ??

With your age, you can indulge your self in physical activities as much as you can, try to play any sport of your choice, this will help you in raising your BMR. Along with this increase your protein intake in your diet. Do not consume three big meals instead, have 5-6 small frequent meals. Do not include fried and heavy food as this will make your system slow and sluggish.
