Im a begineer my age is 27 i dont have stamina bcz im a chain smoker which suppliment u recommend for joining a gym

 Pls share your credentials for specific information.

 On a general note, do include some pre-workout meal/ snacks like an apple with almonds/ oats/ toast with peanut butter 45min- 1hr before a workout. You can consume any energy drink in between your workout.

Try to quit smoking else it will be difficult to build up stamina.
