In the john abraham workout plan. what should to be amount of water intake and at want time should one hit the gym by which i mean morning or evening? i

I am 6'1" and weight 81Kgs is this plan suitable for me? And I have belly fat will that shred away also if the follow the john workout plan?

Aditya,

Just drink enough water so that you are passing clear water. Gym timing doesn't matter. Just workout when you're comfortable to.
