In trying to build muslces..need a suitable diet and exercises

Hi...this has been really helpful to me...I m 18 years old...height is 5'9"... Weight is 73.5kg...18%fat...I've been trying for a muscle build up for a while now...I started excersising in the gym...I used to take protein powder as well...n whenever I did start with the powder and a diet my belly fat increases...despite my excersising the "buff" keeps on building...evn if I workout.... My body type is meso-endo...pls suggest me an effective diet and exercises.... Plus some tips wud be really helpful...and shud I keep on lifting heavy weights??and which protein powder wud be ideal for me according to u...plan reply... And THANK YOU....

A protein powder does not bloat or increase your fat unless eating that is putting you above your calories. Check your maintainance calories and just increase by 100-200. Results will take time. Just remember to lift heavy and do cardio at least 3 days a week.
