Increase muscle mass by staying lean

Sir my height is 173cm and my weight is 130lbs. Right now I'm trying to increase my body weight but I do not want to increase that which includes body fat. I just want my muscle mass and want to stay Lean. Its like going for a bulking and cutting together . I think its possible in Lean Hybrid Theory but I've not tried yet . I'm doing compound lifts at home and eating clean on a regular basis and in suppliments I'm only taking mass gainer. So sir how can I increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat together . And should I be worried about my belly while increasing my weight ?

Stop taking Mass gainers noe go for low carb muscle builder like Nitrotech or Muscle blaze Whey pro along with this you can have a BCAA powder as a intra workout and add 2-3 cup of green tea which is non-thermogenic in nature in your daily diet.

And also,

DO ABS ON ALTERNATE DAYS:

Do your abs workout with heavy weight as well as cut down simple carb , simple sugar, saturated fat, a lot of sodium from your diet, take small and frequent rich protein meals in a whole day.

DO YOUR CARIO AFTER YOUR WORKOUT
