 Creatine can be consumed pre-workout once a day. Consume whey protein as a post workout supplement, once or twice a day as per your protein requirement.

creatine can be taken after 30 mint post workout so that body can absorb it completely..as per standard dose of creatine one should have 25grams of creatine..depend on the intesity of workout. similarly u can take whey protein after workout which can be limit at 60 grms to recover your muscles.
