There is a little bit difference between our arms beacuse some peoples use right hand and some of the peoples left for day to day activities. So don't be panic fisrt.

and for joint pains, You can go ahead with the supplements like glucoseamine. Glucosamine sulfate is a chemical found in the human body. It is used by the body to produce a variety of other chemicals that are involved in building tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and the thick fluid that surrounds joints.Joints are cushioned by the fluid and cartilage that surround them. In some people with osteoarthritis, the cartilage breaks down and becomes thin. This results in more joint friction, pain, and stiffness. Taking glucosamine supplements may either increase the cartilage and fluid surrounding joints or help prevent breakdown of these substances, or maybe both. Along with above mentioned supplement also take creatine monohydrate which helps in enhancing strength and stamina . You also need to take the whey protein as the  protein needs of the body increases when you exercise it becomes 1.5-1.8 gm per kg IBW.
