Irregular gains

my one arm is 15.5 and another is 15....and it aafect on my chest..tilted rod.....and one side lower back to overcome

It's a natural phenomeona, but that should not affect your lower back. Just make sure when you are exercising you need to have proper body posture for the workout so that it won't affect your lower back.And consult the physian about the same.
