 Plateau hits when one follows the same workout, the same diet plan with the same set of supplementations for too long, what your body need is just to change your workout split and increase the intensity, by any means you need to shock the body, it will respond according to the demand you impose on your body.
 Try to be on the calorie deficit diet and do allow your self once or twice cheat meals in a week.
