Hi..

As you are at intermediary stage of workout you need to add extra supplement along with the protein because at this stage the quantity that is presented in whey protein is not suffient for the muscle recovery. So you need to add extra supplementation like Glutamine and BCAA for good muscle recovery. You can take glutamine 5 g added to your post workout protein supplement or you can also consume glutamine added in 180 ml of water half hour prior to bedtime. You can add 5-10 gm of BCAA that is Branched chain amino acid during the workout so that it helps it reducing muscle soreness and muscle fatigue during workout.

You can click on the some of thr  below mentioned links for glutamine:

MuscleBlaze Micronized Glutamine, 0.67 lb - https://www.healthkart.com/sv/muscleblaze-micronized-glutamine/SP-9311?navKey=VRNT-50600

MusclePharm Glutamine, 0.67 lb - https://www.healthkart.com/sv/musclepharm-glutamine/SP-8797?navKey=VRNT-13668

Of course YES, Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the bloodstream and it makes up 30-35% of the amino acid nitrogen in your blood. Amazingly, around 60% of your skeletal muscle is made up of glutamine and supplementing this amino acid can aid protein synthesis and help naturally balance your pH levels.
