Is green coffee extracts helpful.. and what are the results i should look at right now i am 25 years old 32%body fat at 90kgs

Green coffee bean extract is helpful in weight loss, it has active ingredient chlorogenic acid, which is helpful in raising BMR which in turn is helpful in fat loss. Some of the studies have shown that it slows down the absorption of carbohydrates which lowers down blood sugar levels.

Since your fat % is on the higher side, it's recommended for you to follow a diet and workout along with supplement for better results.
