Is it hard to build upper body and hands if i already have ripped abs?

i am so thin. i started doing calisthenics now i go good abs and better shape in chest but i'm still thin. i heard people saying that if i have abs its hard to build upper body. is it correct?

No these all are myth you should increase your calorie intake definately you will able to build your upper body too.

Also, do not skip leg days.
