Is it necessary to work out two body parts a day?

As I heard many information from trainers,they said working a single body part per day is an old fashioned. Nowadays many physical trainees suggest that to workout a particular body part after two days to get a good result,because the protein synthesis in that body part will last for 48 hrs.so if I had to workout a body part a 2 days often ,then I have to do two body workouts a day.is it necessary?

Of Course not, its not necessary go ahead with a proper without plan.
