Is it ok to take green tea with whey protien and fat burner?

i am doing gym from last 4, 5 months, i want lose fat and build lean musculer body, currently  i am taking whey protien and fat burner, results are visible.  for more result can i start to take green tea? is it ok if i start it with whey protien and fat burner? my goal is lean musculer body, please advice me diet plan. i am nonvegeterian.

Hi Sandip,

Have green tea 5 times a day. You will notice a difference and do not take it with your whey and fat burner. A fat burner should be taken before cardio and whey can be consumed anytime.

yes sandip you take three thing simultaneously but dont take more than three cups green tea in a day.
