My weight is 80 kgs.,
9.3% body fat,
43.2% muscle,
59% water,
26.2-26.5 BMI and 1780-1820 BMR.
I am doing 45 mins. Cardio follow by 45 mins. weight traning and last abs workout for 20-25 mins.
Is it possible for transformation?

Seems to me you're not working out hard enough. 45 minutes is not enough. You should workout minimum for 1 hour. Also have a day dedicated to abs. 25 minutes is not enough to see results.
