Hello sir, I've been working out from last 3 months. I want cuts without growing bulk. I am gaining muscles but can't reduce my belly..overall i dont have much fat in my body expect in my belly and chest. What should i do for a lean and tonned body and a flat belly and chest???

Yes, you can but cut down simple carb , simple sugar, saturated fat, a lot of sodium from your diet, take small and frequent rich protein meals in a whole day and make sure that you meet your daily requirement of protein according to your body weight i.e 15-.18 grm per Kg of your body weight.
Follow this supplement stack for better results:
1. Whey ISOLATE(as post-workout)
2. BCAA ( as intra-workout)
3. Multivitamin
4. Omega 3
5. CASEIN ( as a night time protein)
And train yourself 6 days in a week and do 20 minute cadio after workout daily.
