Is it possible to lose 8 kg of weight in 6 months time?

i want to lose eight kiols in 6 months time ..kindly suggest me suppliments and exercise guide.I workout out 5 times a week for two hours per day

Hi Madhuri, if you follow a proper diet and exercise schedule you can lose 3-5 kg in a month. For this , you need to do cardio for atleast 5-6 days a week (running, jogging, cycling, skipping, aerobics, zumba etc) as well as little strength training. Secondly, take small and frequent meals with low carbohydrate, low fat, high fiber and high protein diet; i.e take more of salads, sprouts, fruits with peels, multigrain cereals instead of refined cereals like oats, pulses with husk, boiled egg white, boiled chicken etc.
