Is morning workout or evening workout most beneficial?

i work out in the evenings and eat one hour later after the work out, but I don't see much of a difference in my weight even after 8-9 months. Please suggest..

Your results depend on the intensity of the workout. You can workout either in morning or evening but try to maintain the intensity and duration of your workout. Also, it matters to check what kind of diet and how many calories you are consuming. Try to consume your post workout shake within half an hour after your workout.
