Is soaked chickpeas overnights good source of protein

I eat soaked chickpea overnight...2cups of chana....I'm it good night ​

Yes soaked chickpeas is good enough because there is a lot of Health Benefits like

  • To Control Dysentery Due To Heat
  • Improve health
  • Maintains Blood Hemoglobin And Energy Levels

    If you're losing weight then avoid it as it contains carbohydrates. Go for slow digesting proteins like cheese, milk and casein.

    hi, if you are trying to gsin weight you can go for soaked chickpeas. i gained 6 kgs in 2 months by adding soaked chickpeas to diet.
