Is taking more weights less rep more beneficial than taking less weight high rep? and how to reduce stubborn belly fat ?

            I am on a 6months body transformation my aim is to get shredded by end of my transformation .My height is 5'8 i was 99.4kg curently i am 91.2 after a month ,i am on my second month now, completed 2'nd week i noticed there is less difffence on my weighting scale .I have lot of fat deposit on my oblique area. how do i get rig of it? Can please advise me what should i do to achive my goal on proper time. the suplements which i take are:Fat burner ,grean tea,creatine ,whey protein.   thank you

As you are on the transformation period, you need to opt for supplements like thermogenic fat burner along with whey isolate protein as whenever there is a fat loss there is a muscle as well . Protein helps in tightening and toning of muscle and helps in lean muscle gaining. Fat burners  breakdowns the fat cell, aggravates the mobilization of the cells , increases body metabolic rate and prevents fat from accumulation. You can also inculcate supplements like bcaa, glutamine and omega 3 depending upon the intensity of workout and the duration of workout . you need to take the high protein and low fat diet .The calorie distribution through out the day should be based on this parameter. 50- 55% of energy should come from carbohydrate(complex) , 25-30 % should come from protein and rest 15- 20% from fat. You need to consume small and frequent meals. You can have 5 - 6 meals in an overall day which includes three major meals breakfast , lunch and dinner and along with it you need to have 1- 2 small meals or snack like sprout chat/ fruit chat ( low glycemic index fruits) , boiled eggs, paneer etc in between these major meals. You also need to avoid saturated fat ,high glycemic index fruits ( banana, custard apple etc) and starchy roots and tubers (like potato, sweet potato, yam ) as diet plays a major role along with the exercise and supplementation in attaining your goal.
