Is there a way to loose weight without diet and excersise?

A good diet plan and a regular exercise is an important part of staying fit. And just losing weight is not important. If you just take a weight loss supplement but do not control your eating habits and do not exercise, then healthy weight loss cannot be achieved. Losing weight and still staying healthy is more important. Otherwise, your body will become weak upon weight loss and that is not exactly weight loss, it is being undernourished. Also, diet does not mean you have to starve yourself; diet gives you a way to include healthy foods in your daily intake. So, if you want to lose weight the healthy and smart way, both exercise and good diet are important.
