Is whey protein good for maintaining a lean body

i'm a sports person.i do regular heavy training. i want to mainain my lean phsique with srength and flexibility should i consume whey protein for meeting my protein requirement. will it lead to growth of my muscle mass??? i don't want a bulky physique

Hi Ram,

As you are working out you need protein post workout for the muscle recovery. If you will not consume definitely you will loose you muscle as well. So for the recovery and muscle maintain you need protein.

Its does not bulk up your physique. For strength consume creatine and for flexibility stretching is compulsory.

 Yes whey protein is good for maintaining a lean body.
