It's has been months my muscle mass isn't growing. i am following right sets of exercise and following properly diet.. yet no improvement

Your muscle mass depends upon your workout and your diet. Consume high protein diet like boiled chicken , fish and egg whites,broccoli etc. You can also try whey protein post workout , it will help you in maintaining your muscle mass .For proper protein synthesis it's important that you should always have sufficient protein in your diet,which is  resposible for muscle recovery and muscle growth. If you want to grow your muscles big then make sure that muscle protein synthesis in your body should always be on the higher side.
