I've plateaued on bench press what should i do?

I have been working out for more than 2 years now. While i used to see grwoth but i think i have certainly hit a plateau when it comes to bench press.

Each week add back 2.5KG to 5 KG to your lift until you have reached and exceeded you sticking point.

Take a week off, either entirely or of any work on the musscle group in question.

Drop your weight about 20% from where you were stuck.

You need to modify your workout as the saturration comes after following one type of workout for longer time duration. You need to add supersets,dropsets and giantsets in your workout.
