Just want to loose fat & making abs

Hi, I am 5.8" & 80 kg in weight. I am doing workout in gym daily, I just want to loose fat & making abs. I do 2-3 days abs workout in a week. doing daily cardio about 20 minutes before strength training.  my diet:-  Daily 2 scoop whey protein two times a day, (glutamine & creatine 5 grm each) after working in protein shake 500 ml milk daily & 3 chapatis & vegitables in lunch. I just want to transform my body & loose fat. pl guide, what should be my diet & training schedule.

Hi Jagbinder,

Focus on compound movements like bench press, overhead press, deadlift, bent over rows and most importantly squats. Keep on doing ab training. Will see results after 3 months.

Hi jagbinder Your ideal weight is 73.5kg so you want to loss 6.5kg . I recommend for you cardio after workout.. For 30 min. One more thing creatine and glutomine have same way for digestion in body so keep in mind don't be clash. Creatine is not pre or post workout. So you take in morning 5gm with carbs. And glutomine before workout 30min and sleep time. Follow these simple step and fell the change.

Hi 

I think you should do cardio at last of weight training so that it will help in burning fatty acids n lower down your carb ,fat ,sodium level n try to take proper amount of carb n protein which is required your body dont overlode with protein as more of it turns into fat n complex carbs is necessary for absorption of protein .
