L carnitine

What's is the best time to take l carnitine? I sleep in the mornings,wake up by 3-4 noon and work all night

L-carnitine has to be added as your pre-workout. 1 Cap half an hour before workout with water. It will help you         boost your metaboilsm which will burn your energy.
