hello sir,
I am little skiny boy, my height is 5'8"ft and my weight is 60, age 19.
I regulary workout in gym for 2hrs but i am unable to gain muscle and weight only cuts are visible.
please suggest a good workout plan and if neccessary supplements too to build great mass and muscle.
my final goal is to get lean atheletic body not a bulky one.

The fault is in your diet, not in your exercise routine. Start supplementing with a mass gainer and work out 6 days a week. You will see an increase in size.
