Lean gain workout

I'm in search for lean muscle workout as well as diet,which is for 5-6 days a week. Split workout is also an option.  Working out forthe past 4 months. Taking nitrotech Post workout and bcaa kf muscleblaze intra workout.

Start doing 5x5 programs. You will gain the most size with that.
