Hi Dev,

Eat Frequently. We recommend eating five to eight times per day, which is about every two to four hours.Weight training Five to Six days per week. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Cardio 15-20 minutes after weight training. Sip BCAA during workout. Whey Isolate 1 scoop post workout with water. 1 scoop in the evening with water. Don't Stress.
