Lifting so heavy still not able to gain any new muscle plz help currently supplementing with creatine, protein, pre workout&aminos.

I am really depressed with my current performance bcoz i m lifting so heavy eating every 2 hours taking supplements on time but reached a pleatue. Plz help me
