Loose belly fat

Weight 70 kg Height 5'8" Age 24 Trying to reduce belly and overall fat But having negligible result Any food suggestions ANd excercise tips

Hi Abhishek,

As per your details your weight is perfectly ok but as u said you have belly fat, For that you have to take very balanced diet (High in Protein and high in Fiber Complex carb) avoid jung food, Transfat,ctc.

Do twenty minutes Cardio post weight training. 

Use Isolate Whey protein, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), L-Carnitine, Apple Cider Vinegar.
