Losing lower belly fat and love handles

How do i lose my lower belly fat and love handles? It is concerning me as i have shredded fat from all other areas without much visibility. Bt the lower belly and love handles still have a good finger grip. I beleive there is no spot reduction and hence do conditioning training on alternate days.

Don't train alternative days. Train 6 days a week with heavy weights and do high intensity sprints every alternate day for 15-30 minutes. For more information read the article below:
