Generally, To gain weight you need to consume extra calories than the required one. Start following a workout schedule and consume mass gainer post workout. Mass Gainer can be consumed 2-3 times a day, but do not replace a meal with mass gainer. Consume gainer in between your meals. Frequency depends upon your requirement.
