M not able to lose fat any more...wht should i do??

sir....my height is 5 ft 5 inches and weight is 69 kgs .... m tryin to gain lean muscle....my total calorie intake is 1600 cal + 75 gm protein...nd m taking protein shake too along with bcaa and glutamine....m properly following my gym schedule too...but now m not able to see results ...kindly guide me..

According to given information all shows good.. So its time to shock your body with changing workout scheduled . Try cardio after workout.. 30 minutes otherwise in morning .

Hi,

You have hit a wall because of your lack of muscle to fat ratio. Increase your protein intake. Keep your calories the same. Keep the cardio the same.

According to 5' 5" your weight should be 62 but u r in 69. i.e you should lose 7 kg around.

you should go for functional traning on odd days and ABS on even days after your traning and pls intake 4 - 5 ltr water in a day and 3 cups  of green tea too.
