Mai apna baily fat kase kam kar sakta hu

Hello Sir, My name is Harish, And Iam From Delhi, mai kafi long time se Gym kar raha hu, lekin mera belly fat kam nahi hua hai, mai Gym me sabse jayada Cardio karta hu, or kafi mahanat bhi karta hu, meri sabse badi problem hai hai ki meri sitting job hai, mujhe 8 ghante office bethna padta hai, jiski vajha we mera pet kam nahi hota hai, me bas aapse ye puchhna chahta hu ki mujhe apna bally fat ko kam karne ke liye kiya karna chahiye,

 Hi Harish,

if you are sitting for 8 hours throughout the day which is quite common with working class people, to get fit, you need to be working out regularly at least 4-5 days/week. Focus more on major muscles groups i.e quadriceps-hamstrings( legs), chest, back with multi-joint compound movements like squats, bench press, barbell rowing, deadlift, and overhead presses

Consume WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, as your post workout nutrition

BCAA as intra workout will play an important role in your fat reduction efforts.
Most important part will be the diet you need to have should be of high protein, low carbohydrate, low-fat diet. Consume 6-7 meals at regular intervals.
